Canavan's Auto Centre was originally established in May 1978 by Mr J.F. Canavan in Ulster Street in Lurgan.

He was later joined by Mark Canavan and after 18 years the business was relocated to a larger 6000 sq ft premises at 2 Lough Road, Lurgan, with a current staff of 7.

Since this time the business has expanded and diversified into the Performance Car Parts market and is currently one of the largest businesses of this kind in the country.
